Just saw this section and decided to post here.

I rebuilded my CXB 2530 panel yesterday to improve cooling. First one was sloppy made and fast, I was in a hurry. This one is better but also fast made so not very clean but who cares.

It has 4xCXB 2530 3000K T4 bin cobs on Meanwell ELG-150-C700A driver, currently on 350mA @45-50w. Will dim it on 500mA in few days.

All together was thermal glued to alumminium sheet 3mm, on the back side 6x 37x37x24mm pin fin heatsinks. On top of that 120mm pc fan @12v.

I will change fan to 140mm one in 2-3 days when it arrives then Ill have better pictures.

First and fore most let me welcome you to AFN:welcome:great to have you here!
If you haven't already, could i get you to pop over to the intro's section, where we can give you a proper AFN welcome.
It's a great way to learn a little about you and to get to know us a little better, the members are fantastic and you'll find they are also very helpful.
Here's the link for you - https://www.autoflower.org/forums/live-introductions.35/
Really nice job brother on your light! :d5:
Who cares about a sloppy/clean build? This is something which i would care about.Rushing a job or cutting corners can affect durability & safety.
I like to make sure everything is fit for purpose, clean & tidy. That's just my take on it.
I was wondering about your choice of driver,If you wanted it as dimmable light, why didn't you go for the "B" version of the diver (which would allow for greater range in dimming and be easier to get to to dim it?
Do you have a grow journal ? I'd love to see a bit more of your light in action.
A lot of members put a link to their grow journal in their signature, which makes it easy to find.If you need a hand with this let me know!
Your plant looks nice but with pics I always want to see more!!!:photog:We all love to see some bud porn, keep them pics coming!
50Watts seems to be doing well in your cab and when you go to 500mA I can't wait to see what happens.
I am just finishing a micro grow under a CXB3590 3500K @ 1400mA giving approx 50Watts and i have a really nice gal waiting to be chopped.
Have a look by clicking my signature.
I look forward to seeing more from you and you light and wish you a very happy grow!

Thanks on your words. Ill head to introductions sections right away.

Usually I do it extremely clean but now during summer season I just dont have that much time. Working on another panel for my other box, that one will be a lot better.

You could find my journal in Sweet Seeds section, on this link
https://www.autoflower.org/threads/micro-redpoison-auto-under-cree.53563/

Could you give me the link or post some pictures of your micro grow? Or why cant I see your signature? Im really interested. Ive done photo grow already, in Big Tower PC also with 45-50W, had some issues but pulled 25g of very fine buds.

Will update my journal later today with a lot better pictures. And I assure you, even if its sloppy made its fully functional. Something like fully working prototype.

Time can be a problem for many of us I know too well!
I look forward to you next build, very much.
I will go check your journal
Thanks for taking the time to do an intro:bighug:

Give it a day and the system will sort it out, some times it can take a day to see everything.
The link in my last thread also takes you there, in green writing.

Yeah after I opened it I realized I already saw all your stuff on all forums not just Afn.

I have only posted on ICmag PC builds, Autoflower Portal where I bought my seeds and here at AFN.
On ICmag I used an old name and on AFN & Autoflower Portal I use the name arty zan.
If you have seen it elsewhere please link me.

It was Icmag, micro carbon scrubber build is the thread. Somebody might have copied it on Riu or Grasscity, not sure. But I saw it on Icmag
