Yep, hemp is selected for seed production so hermies are kind of desired because self pollinate and have two roles at once.
Selecting from a hemp pool to get a hermie free population would require huge amounts of plants and generations, also different hemp varieties to start from.
Maybe a good basis to work on cbd would be a cross of finola and a medical high cbd variety.

4x CXB 3500K CD bin running at 250-1780mA-(from memory) if you disconnect the dimmer you can get an extra couple watts i think it tested at 1820mA
Tj was 56c- total watts including fans was 258
