What's up everyone , I'm new to all this is have 2 marshydro reflectores 96 ,,,, 2 marshydro 300watt ,, and 2 400watt hps thy still new but I will be using them soon ,, I have a question my reflector 96 have veg and bloom I'm going to start with them well just one of them I got my lights from amazon nothing came in the box but just the light no instructions , can someone please tell me how far do I keep the light from the babies I don't want to hurt them at all ..

Welcome little big, I would start them about 30 inches above your seedlings. If they start to get stretchy lower a couple inches and see how they react. I run both switches on on my 48s.

Hi @Big little Usually we recommend hanging distance from canopy:
germination: 24-30inches above the plants
veg:18-24 inches above the plants
flower:12-18 inches above the plants
you need to adjust the height to a better distance according to your plants reaction.

Besides
1: During flowering stage. You need to turn both veg and flower switches on.
2: During Veg stage, We recommend you only turn the veg switch on, but if your power is not enough, you can turn both veg and flower switches on.
