Hey A4, this is what I had in my notes for my soil mix.

I started a compost consisting of:

~30L coco fiber
~18L chopped fresh comfrey
~10L dried seaweed/seagrass from the beach
~3L worm castings

That composted for 10-14 days and then I added:

~5-8 cups rock dust
~2 cups tomato fertilizer (this one)
~½-1 cup alfalfa meal
15L used soil from my previous grow
~20L worm castings
~12L perlite
1-2 cups rice

There are also quite a few worms living in the pot. That's as detailed as my notes are brother.

Yeah, that was a stand up move on their part. It feels kinda weird now though since she ended up coming around in the end and producing. I will definitely be buying from them again though and I encourage others to as well.
