I'm not sure how u do your thing with jiffy pellets but I've got better growth using my normal mix coco with a handful of earth worm castings I imagine the same for a peat mix I've noticed it seems to compact not crazy but still mite want do an experiment and see which goes into flower faster ect but either way having a plan is half the battle good grow bro post pics

Thanks Fitzy, you have used them before and found them not as as effective as your usual mix. I usually in the past, used paper towel method (not agood in that i touched or damaged roots, as i had a stunted plant in grow, one but she came back and gave the best yield and the 2nd grow, the stunted plant never recovered and gave a small micro yield haha. I used to just leave seed raising mix in the center of the main pot, germinate in paper towel. I could devise a coco germination tiny pot, and drop into main pot. Thanks Bro and good luck with your grow also.

I've been doing this as soon as they crack open I put in a solo cup and cut almost all the way around look at pic then when it's ready for transplant I connect the 2 slivers that hold cup together I have a problem with breaking tails also this was wat I used on this plant as u can see she got large in her 2 gallon pot and planter setup the single branch pic is the smallest one off the plant

@St. Tom , mate so you mean by green beans as in Canna seeds? I used 50mm water for one jiffy seemed a bit wet, not as fine as seed raising mix, but least is nute free

@Fitzy , That's a good idea with the cup, they sell big cups over there , never seen those here in Aussieland. The tails can break with the paper towel method also,, i am sure i have damaged the seeds before that way.

Starting to look like the Postman may have absconded with my beans.
They were shipped on 30th July and still no sign of arrival.
Was hoping to get mine started on the 18th, but that is a no-go now (no weekend post here) :(
