They got charged with "fraud of electricity" among other charges the article stated. Either a bribe payment they avoided or they actually misdirected an electrical line to avoid paying the bill, or to subvert prying eyes into their huge electricity bill. Nothing else I can think of.

For me it would be utter stupidity, been busted for stealing electricity..
But hey who AM I to judge?

You would think most their genetics should still be out there in seed form. Now, how does someone organize and get them all, then keep them going until maybe they can get back. Or someone runs D.2?

I've never run them but the following and amount of respect in the industry makes me think it's worth doing.

I would suggest that they will be trying to set back up, if they avoid jail. I would not want to loose an 18 million euro business either.
They could register in a country where laws suit and still operate out of Spain. Look at alot of the big corporates they are registered in tax havens and pay zero tax yet trade in most of the countries worldwide!
There will be a way around it and they will be back. Good luck to them!!
