It costs me around 25.00 extra a month to run my lights etc. If you buy from the high street it will cost you 20.00 a bag that will probably last less than a week. So in terms of cost, it's more cost effective to grow your own than buy from the street even if you only yield a small plant that will give you 30g that's still 15 x 20 bags at 1.5 - 2g a bag. Either way you look at it, you will still get more for your buck growing your own than buying from the high street.

Also, don't look at growing it as a chore, grow it as a passion and a hobby and the time you put in won't matter. That's how I look at it. [emoji106]

25 extra a month to run your lights...that's really good what kind of light and how many watts if you don't mind me asking? My bill went sky high running 2 300 watt LED and I saw an increase of 180-200 every bill.. after my photo's are done I plan on just running only 1 light due to this..but also I have to factor in ac unit and so on so not all the increase was from the light.

It's a 400w HPS Dual Spectrum run at 18/6. An AC unit will really boost the price on your electricity bill. They use a tonne of electricity.

Yea the ac also has a temp controller hooked on to it that monitors my tent and switches on and off if it gets to hot so it constantly comes on and shuts off..

That's another reason why I'm thinking 1 light instead of running 2 I probably would not need the ac on.

No I wanted too but I didnt . I'll be happy with a 1/2 I just wanted the haze to have the environment alone.

I got 10 grams off my biggest one. It's great smoke, stones you pretty good. I honestly wouldn't buy these but for free I wont complain to loudly.

You should not see that much of an increase with just 2 of those lights that draw 300 combined. AC uses 5 times or more of that.... I'm running 9 LED lights, they increased my bill by 120 a month. 4 300's 4 600's and a bad ass Amare at 450 watts, 40 watt UVB, oscillating fan and a can fan on 24.7. I'D dare say you wont see a difference by not using one of your lights.
