Dehumidifier advice needed

What has worked for y'all? Peltier is junk right? I need something small with a compressor that doesn't cost too much. Is $150 a reasonable budget?

You can definitely shop around. The one I actually got is below. I think the UV light helping to purify the air is one the selling points that got me on it. But it has no issues handling a 15x15 room.

Thanks for the reply. If that one covers 15x15 for you I should be good with basically anything with a compressor. I guess I'm going to shop based on features and price and not trip on the fact I'm not familiar with the brands

I have a Frigidaire 3033 - 30 pint and I have to dump it at least twice a day. So the reservoir size matters a lot unless you can plumb it to a drain. I bought mine for $169.00 but now I see it on amazon for $330.00


Can we say price gouging! I pays to shop around locally sometimes.

Good point @Mañ'O'Green I'll definitely look at rez size and drain options. I'm doing a 2x2 in a closet right now so hopefully won't have to empty as often. Prices are going up like they know we are trapped at home with nothing to do. I'm going to order something today. I want to upgrade lighting to a QB but I'm scared to see current prices

I run mine in the room the grow space is in. It is too big to fit inside and it turns out it works better this way.

I'm planning on putting it in the closet with the tent and leaving the door cracked so it doesn't get hot in there. So basically the same thing. It's humid here so I'll need a big reservoir for sure
