Deformed cotyledon leafs

So she popped her head above soil yesterday checked on her today she shed her seed shell but the leafs are deformed will she grow out of it or should I pull her and try another seed

The strain is mephisto Ssxdg she was added to water over a week ago showed her tap root after 2 days and took a week to brake through the soil

Looks like you got some damping off going on from keeping the seedling too wet. Humidity domes need air holes so the RH does not get too high. It also keeps the temperature in range as well.

I don't use a little individual dome (cup) I just get my entire grow space up to 80°F and 60% RH and my seedlings do fine without damping off.

I would let it recover personally as its so young but I would go with whatever response m o g gives you. I respect his thoughts and opinions.

Usually they just fall over and die on their own. Give her a couple of days and see if the pathogen stays on just the leaf?

Well it seems to have bounced back hopefully she grows big and strong and this mishap hasn't stunned her to much here's a few pics just for documentation incase anyone else has this problem
