Deficiency? Brown spot.

I've been using a Dr.meter ph pen for about a year now. Its good, but only as reliable as its calibration is trustworthy.
As Waira mentioned a couple of posts back. Soil PH is just as important, if not more important than feed ph.
I've been testing/calibrating an Accur8 soil meter. Found out my Sunshine4 peat soil is Ph'ed to about 7.1
Even after feeding with 6.4 .for about 6 feeds
And of 12 plants, 2 of my plants look great at soil ph 6.6 & 6.7...the other 10 are at 7-7.1 and are showing signs of calcium def'c
So I ordered myself a Bluelabs soil PH pen tonight.
When I get it I'd like to do a product review on it.
Its a shame we don't have a section here on the site for product reviews with official guidelines for testing to be unbiased.
@$200 my expectations are that this thing better be spot on...and yes I will be comparing it to the $15 ph meters found in most grow shops...just for shits and giggles.
I'm getting it this week via Amazon.
So if I don't like it, its go'in back.
Anxious to keep you posted on this one:thumbsup:

This is my first grow and I've had a lot of problems to start. These are the 4 plants at day 53. One is more mint green. Is that a phenotype thing? Also one grew deformed from the beginning and also seems way behind the others. Anything i can do to speed it up? Unfortunately i need this tent for drying too so i cant have one finishing way behind...

Evening all
I'm reading this with interest, as I'm an absolute beginner but I've just noticed similar on 1 of my 2 plants. Being new - and understanding about a third of what you're all talking about - would someone take a minute to explain in simple terms what I should do? Imagine you're trying to explain it to your dog.
Thanks
