Photography Day 66 time to harvest estimates?

im in the same boat as u m8 humidity/location wise, each time i visit the spots i have to do a bit of forced chopping because im seeing some budrot every time, im having to go every day or two now to keep a close eye whats happening, iv already had to early harvest some and toss a good bit too :( im a noob but so far iv learned rain = budrot. best advice i could get was inspect every single bud, any sign of it carefully chop off and get rid away from your garden.
shaking after rain and wind def good but keep a really, really close eye on her. i think in ireland its a case of how close to the finish line can you get,if lucky/good we mite even get a foot or two over it !! good luck!!

Thanks man it’s a bit of a nightmare alright the plant is in a different part of the country to me so I can’t see everyday and my mother doesn’t have much interest in her so it’s up to the gods at this stage haha

The buds look nice and by the looks of things if I was forced to harvest in a week wouldn’t be the worst she is fattening up more and more everyday and starting to yellow up now just keeping the fingers crossed and try keep her as dry as possible

Have set up a bit of cover for her with umbrella hopefully she drys up with the breeze and shelter

Getting closer guys just a quick question it’s raining a lot here would it affect the plant the fact that I have it under an umbrella all day and it’s cloudy and not getting much direct light?

Where i have it is getting a nice blow about so flowers not staying wet.

the best advice i can give you is with the rain and humidity watch out for the dreaded mould i didn't grow this year outdoor but i did the 2 years before and in the north of eng and i got late it both late in the grow and i noticed it both times with just an odd brown leaf coming out of a cola it looked out of place and if so i just had to cut it out best i could

She was rained on for 2 days but was shook off couple times per day and was under umbrella on and off for 3-4 days but still getting sun and a good breeze. It’s just a couple light showers a day now and will put under umbrella when rain gets heavier she is staying mostly dry. She’s turning purple also

There is no brown coloured leaves from buds so all good. Main cola looks ripe and towards the bottom little less developed wonder how far off from harvest now?

The sugar leaves curling up too is that an issue?

Are the temps here looking ok or could they cause problems?

Thanks again for the help guys

Had to cut a couple buds off was early sign of budrot and on the main cola there was a little brown on the outside which I cut out also. The buds look far from maturity but yet all the hairs are brown what’s the story with that? :frowny:

Where I removed the rot I made sure there was no brown remaining on the main cola it was only a small section but I couldn’t bring myself to cut the whole thing off.

Is it ok that I removed the buds that had rot in them and only took the small section away on the main one?
