Problem: Different apparent issues popped up overnight and I‘m not sure if this is normal. 2nd ever grow.

Medium/grow method: 3 gal fabric pots with Stonington Blend with about 20% added coco and perlite. Indoor tent 32x32x64

Feed: and supplements used: ILGM Flowertime fertilizer NPK - 15-6-30 at 50% strength. Every 3rd day about 1 qt.

water source: Tap water ph balanced at 6.4

Strain/age: Mephisto 3 Bears OG and ILGM Zkittlez both at 61 days from sprout

light used: Phlizon Cree Cob 1000w presently at 18“ from top of canopy 18/6

Climate: 75f / 53%Rh

Additional info plants are all of a sudden showing different things. See below pics

The tip burn and canoe-ing are from high VPD, which can be aggravated by radiant heat from the light as it gets closer. You can try raising the light, raising RH / reducing temps, or not worry about it. Since you're nearing the end, I would try to keep RH ~40% or lower to prevent bud rot.

The purpling could be normal fade depending on the geno. That can be increased by colder temps / higher day-night temp differences, sometimes indicate low P, and other times occur from reducing N during bloom. But, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

The yellowing looks like low N and/or the start of low P. ILGM flowertime looks pretty low in P for the only product to use during bloom. Checking the numbers, you're just under what I consider to be the deficiency threshold at 50% strength (1/2-tsp / gal). You can probably increase either strength or frequency with that feed.

It is hard when you are not seeing the plant but you see how dark green the lower growth is? If the picture is accurate then I think it is too much N locking out the K, Ca and minors along with the normal fade for this strain. You are much more likely to have too much N in mid to late flower than you are a deficiency.

The VPD is fine.

I don't think you need to do anything because it is almost ripe. Maybe a shot of Recharge or molasses (Bud Candy if you have it).

Thanks MoG! I’ve seen Recharge mentioned numerous times before but never looked into it. I will get some for this grow and definitely think this will help going forward.

on a separate question. What is cal mag and how and when would it be used in soil grows?

It looks a bit like heat stress or bleaching. How close is ur light? Put your wrist slightly above the buds for 5min and if it’s pretty warm, its uncomfortable for your gals. If not, then just let it run its course.

I'm wondering about that light in that space too, 1000w sounds like it would fry a 32*32 space. Definitely no temp issues? When I tried a 900w equivalent LED (actual draw around 410w) in my tent which is 30*30, it shot up close to 100f. :smokeit:
