Easy on the feeds, and give her some time to mature a bit more,.. seedling leaves can do some funky things, but often recover,... if it worsens, you'll need to check the in-pot pH,... What's ppm and pH going in? what brand?
BTW, if you treat this specialized soilless medium like actual true soil, things will go sideways sooner or later.... coco has a lot of do's and don't's, too many to list here... there's good info in the coco Section here in the page-top Sticky article area.....
Sometimes you can get a funky batch of coco too, not well rinsed and CEC buffered (not pH buffered that is), but cation exchange capacity, with Ca in particular,... you'll see what I mean when you read up on it...

I only grow in soil but I give no nutes, just PH'd water for the first 2 weeks. Seedlings burn easy but I have no experience with your medium.
