Sweet Seeds Dark Devil under COB.

Growing 1 Dark Devil Auto along with 3 other strains from different breeders in an RDWC system with MegaCrop as the main nutrient.
Mucho thanks to @Sweet Seeds for the seeds.

Grow System:

1.2m x 1.2m x 2m Mars Hydro tent
Modified Aeros IV Master RDWC system
4 x 150W 3500k self-built COBs
RAM Humidifier
2 x 6" fans (one fixed, the other Oscillating)
4" Extractor with Carbon Filter
Oil Heater for temps if needed

Nutrients:

MEGACROP
Remo Velokelp as a Foliar Spray
Great White
Remo Magnifical if (when) needed
Atmai AtaClean will be added to help keep the lines clean
Plant Magic Bio-Wetter will also be added to increase water uptake and nutrient absorption

Seedlings have now been transferred to their net pots and the RDWC system turned on.

First Feed (70 Litres of Tap Water):

Megacrop: 31.75g (total)
Magnifical: 0.25ml/l
Silicon additive: 0.2ml/l
Great White: erm.... a shake...

pH: 5.9
ppm: 323
RH: 78%
Air Temp: 25.6C
Water Temp: 18.5C

I am not happy with DD. Fluffy and foxy like 99% purple strains I've grown. At least, she's done under 80 days.
Still looking at dense purple strain...

Only time will tell...
Since it is for personal use only, lack of bag appeal isn't really an issue (I DO get your point though).

Day 9 Update.

My pH pen took a dump yesterday, so I have ordered a bluelab replacement and will be using strips until it arrives.
Still a touch stretched after the first few days, but that seems to have slowed now.
Taproot is still not out of the netpot, but it should hopefully show itself within the next day or 2.

It doesn't seem as perky as the others in the grow - possibly due to its taproot not hitting the water yet.
I will be keeping a special eye on this.
