So here goes guys, put 5 seeds in a water cup of R.O. with a tiny bit of calmag and rhizo and within 18 hours all 5 were split. Put them in paper towels and within another 20 hours all of them had tap roots like an inch and a half long. Put them in rockwool cubes which were soaked for a couple hours is 5.6 PH water with a bit of rhizo and root excelerator and within a day all of them were out of the rockwool and within another day had all shed their helmets and were put in pebbles into my homemade DWC seed starter in a tote with 5 holes cut in them with netpots in it. eco 4 pump with 4 airstones. They are under a Mars 2 400W Full Spectrum Led for the start and will increase wattage as they get bigger.

Once all plants are vegged for a couple weeks and the best 4 have shown themselves they will be transplanted into my homemade RDWC with a chiller and the whole bit. The LEDS are all Mars 2 Leds.

Day 3 Update

no real update yet guys, just bubbling away . All 5 have their first real leaves and there are little leaves growing out of those as well. No roots in the res as of yet ,but ive only really been checking the one plant as i take it out to ph water. My nutridrip ec,ppm and temp meter is being used in my other setup. Too lazy to do pictures today. Will snap a few this weekend. They seem to like the LED quite a bit. Was worried but keeping it at around 3 feet away right now so i dont stunt them. The last grow i did with leds i stunted them and they were 12 inch bushes. Could have used more stretch. Going to really watch this time and learn from mistakes.
PH rises a little over 24 hours, i just adjust twice daily. Really excited to see how this turns out. I reeeeeeaaallly want some purps going down in this tent this time. Always wanted to grow purp and this strain really got me excited. I actually bought black cream and red poison as well but thats for another time.

Update Day 14

Roots have been in the res for about a week now. Have tons of roots now. large tap roots exploding out of the net pots. all the plants have many different shoots of roots. Growth above ground has been good. A little tip burn on 2 of the seedlings but the new growth is good so im not pushing too hard. Lol. I havent changed the res.

One of the babies is a little smaller then the other's but she is still doing ok. She has wavy leaves and a slight burn. Just looks runty compared to the others.

Im still working on building my rdwc and I have to wait out another dwc grow before I can build it. I have all the parts just need to build it. So the DDs will have probably 2 or 3 weeks in the tote depending on space issues. If they get too big ill have to change it up.

Does anyone have any idea on how big these will get in dwc or any medium for that matter? Some pics would be wicked. Here are some of mine

I think it depends on the pheno you end up with...I see many that are reasonably sized (medium) 20 inchers....a little bigger and denser w/ DWC

But if you get ahold of one of the Sati-dom ones (like I did) they get sorta huge.

How am i doing size wise so far? The main problem i have had with LEDS is that i get the lights too close and it seems like they all stunt into dwarves and i really wouldnt like to do that this time lol.... Anyone running straight Mars 2 setups have any input on light height? think on the little card it came with it said 3-4 feet for veg and 2-3 for flower or something like that.... Gloomshade didnt you run Mars 2's on one of your recent grows? Thought i remembered seeing something like that.

And Trapper reeeeeaaally want the purple phenos here. I am running these just because I am feening to grow purps! Never smoked or even seen any up close before, so im super excited for that. I am not a Sativa lover by any means. Sometimes i like it in the mornings for a wake and bake but usually i am an Indica man through and through. LOVE my kush. Just placed an order for OG Auto and Bubba auto for next time. Although i want to run these black creams pretty badly as well. SO many strains so little space and time... BAHHH want them ALLLLLLLL
