Ingredients
10oz dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tbps canna-butter
2-3 oz grated milk chocolate

Melt dark chocolate and butter together and transfer to a med mixing bowl. (if using a microwave, melt chocolate then add butter to prevent vaporizing THC) mix together well to ensure even distribution of the butter.

In a seperate pan, bring heavy cream to a simmer, stirring often.

Add cream to the melted butter and chocolate. Wisk gently but thouroughly.

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until it is firmed up, but soft enough to mold into shapes.

Scoop using a melon baller and roll in grated chocolate. Place on a cookie sheet and finish cooling in fridge or freezer.

Of course you could roll them in anything you want, like coconut or nuts, or even dip them in melted chocolate.
