Nutrients Dabbers Prescription Blend run

We're about a week away from kicking off this test run been watching @Bigg Al @Dichoti @Only1Sky And @Padawan1972 and not sure I'll do as good as these growers. MC has me spoiled I mean hell weigh mix feed has worked so well for me, not having to add this part and that part was what made me choose MC over other nutes. Still have 2 quarts each trio plus the powder and GH maxi series never used any . I guess in a nutshell what I'm saying is this grow will show my inexperience I'm sure of it . @Prescription Blend I'm going to give it my best I hope I dont disappoint

I use the same measuring spoons that I used for MC... It makes it quicker, Especially since I’m mixing 5 to 7 gallons at a time.

True, with Prescription Blend you will be mixing 6 separate items. But they mix with just a few seconds of stir.
I don't know about your use of MegaCrop, but like most folks, I wound up with 5 ingredients: MegaCrop, Sweet Candy, Bud Explosion, Kelp Extract and 3rd-party cal-mag. And the stirring takes a couple of minutes for the MegaC to dissolve completely, and almost as long for the Sweet Candy and Bud Explosion to dissolve. (I'm still using version 1 of MegaC.)

I've been a big fan of MegaCrop and its Greenleaf add-ons. Ease and cost are huge benefits over my previous efforts with Advanced Nutrients and/or BioTabs. So far, with this test, Prescription Blend is looking real good. And I'd say that the prep-time for mixing a batch of each is pretty much equivalent.

Will be watching your test with keen interest.

I use MC SC BE and Kelp. GL made changes to the formula with the newest version that came out last August no longer need Cal mag. With MC I stopped phing since I grow in soil hoping can do the same with PB but getting ph pen etc dug back out just in case needed

I feel ya on the mega crop!! I've tried ff trio, GH, mega crop ver 1, 2, 2.5 and now Prescription Blend. To be honest, I miss my MC. But you'll do fine! I have confidence in you!!

Phing would really depend on your water, with PB. They say it’s supposed to settle at around 6.3 if your Water’s good.
Mine settles at around 6.8, and I’m using shitty city water.

@Dabber like they said, depending on your starting water and desired pH will determine if you need to make adjustments. When we were testing the pH balance we asked friends around the country to send us some of their tap/well water and found that with most water types the pH ends up between 5.8-6.3. Using RO the pH will be closer to 5.8 and as the hardness of your water increases the final pH will be higher. If you have very hard water then you can get a final pH higher like @Dichoti has. Once you start mixing you sill see where your feed ends up and it should be consistent from batch to batch in the res.

Yeah dude, I asked the rep on here when I was using the free sample I got.....he said that they used them in the Sweet Candy, so I didn't continue with them,

Edit:....I should mention this was a 18mths/2 years ago.
