I made one failed attempt at tissue cloning, got to try again. I'd say if you decide to try, to use very young seedlings say a week old, label each batch by plant number and you'll soon know which are female after germinating them.

Got a good tip from another forum when it comes to sts males. If they don'r seem to be making pollen, dry the sacks then crush them, there will be pollen.

OK all set up with the Autopots . Seeds are in place dropped a few in each and ill remove males for breeding pollen.I really need to get more fems . Regs are kind of a pain on small grows . I need to get my sts skills up and make fem seeds i guess. and I wonder what happens when you take tissue clones from an auto hmm. Dammit I need MORE SPACE lol pics in a bit of the others ..More just growing them now for giggles.

LOL looks like the first ones I planted are about done..like today so that means they finished in 60 days 12/12 from seed .Dont how but its great to give me a sample and make room for my autopots already seeded . One dragon breath ,one albino dragon,durty dragon,and one 99 dragon all came up but not the albino yet.

LOL I bin moving around so much I forgot to update my own dam thread LOL So we got 3 99 dragons, 1 Dragon breath ,1 Durty dragon, and 5 dragon blood crosses.I just dropped the Bloods today so they arent up yet. I just found out my temps were way to high at leaf level.I think the lack of water is the issue but im lite watering my seedlings. There is one durty ready to chop and the other still chugging along has a weird alien bud structure very white looking def different pheno from the other 2. ...its always something now my camera wont link up to my pc..now to work grrr

Nice little tasters of the Durty Dragons Already took 2 daown very small Temps must have bin really High but all fixed now .Tent is at a cool 76. Had a bit of a cal mag issue beacuse I was lazy lol

Hey I see your looking for a chocolate strain. Mephisto forum stomper was cocoalte mint cookie and forgotten cookies is also very smelly chocolate mint cookie ice cream so sweet. I also had a g-13 labs Pineapple Express taste very chocolate I think this was just a different pheno not the norm and gorilla glue from fast bud had a very chocolate smell and taste.

I have them going in my new autopot system seems to simple. Im using Gromore Hydro Nute line Grow,Micro,bloom with Growmore Flowering cla/mag ..I already know the dragon breath is a light feed so ill top feed it some water to dilute her feed a bit. Rest are doing fine .Also got one dragon blood coming soon.Well here it is lol in the middle of the cups. Hope she is a she! New House internets working time to grow finally.

We have lift off ..Now is the fun time ladies and germs. We are in pre flower . we have Durty dragon,Dragon Breath .Blood Dragon,and 99 Dragon +1 99 Dragon male for pollen as he is the last one of the seeds I had. The dragon breath Is trying to grow out the tent . IDK why it got so LEGGY (pic later)lets see what it do. The growth is nice everything looks happy and green and no def.
