I lucky that I don't get heartburn from much. Too much straight jalapeno will do it, like cheese stuffed jalapeno poppers. Won't touch the things. Haven't had one in like 20 years. hehe

The next day is a different story, though....

Just got back from the sawbones I'm as healthy as a pig in doodoo . Not bad for 78 .

i had heartburn about 4 times in 40 odd years.

really like red sauce gives me heartburn, kinda strange...I can handle any spicy foods with no heartburn at all..
