Morning all can anyone explain the sour taste in weed im smoking sour hound and it got a funky taste that i cant describe

Does it have a musty smell? You may want to look at the bud very closely to make sure there's no sign of mold. Look for whitish gray fuzz, on dense bud really dig in when you inspect.
Also, before harvest how many days did you give her on straight h2o? Might be a chem residual?
