11 ft for us in the Pacific Northwest of The US. Those are steelhead flies which are what you call sea trout i think. Steelhead are Sea Going trout that return to spawn in rivers. They will take a tiny fly or a big ole shrimp like above. I would love to help you out wit the cane rod, however i have one on my bench now and one waitng and i am up against the clock on both of them and got two maybe three grow battles going on.

the 18ft isnt normal lol av never seen anything that size b4 haha i use a 9ft [HASHTAG]#5[/HASHTAG] here

last wee trout i got last month and was surprised as was on a 9lb leader and a stiff [HASHTAG]#7[/HASHTAG] rod infact first time i even used this rod cost a massive £25 lol
