Well Aug 9th Fedex picked up laptop to be shipped back to them for repair, Aug 16th it shows up at the post office with Fedex label saying they can't read the shipping barcode, so took it to a Fedex authorized shipping agent and they reprint shipping label/reship. Now it was lost from the 16th to 22nd as there were no Fedex scans. Then for us to find it is back again at the post office not repaired. Now I'm waiting for company to send me a shipping label in the mail so I can try to resend it out again for the third time. Maybe one day it will come back fixed. LOLIf we were neighbors I'd help you out.
Got my third daughter off to college yesterday. As we were loading up she says my laptop screen is broke. Ughh! Thought of you, did you get yours back?
