Sup bro, im great!!!! Been i bit scarce as im working on the IG side to bring in more members and vendors... you on the other hand.. are your hours easing up or did they hire some more people to help!!!! Im gonna have a talk with yer boss, youve been missing a lot of fun.

Not gotten better yet. Barely surviving with minimal loaned help from out of town. Dig season is nearing it's last leg. October is it will slow down substantially. Winter I hope to go on the unemployment and manage my grow all winter. But at least another month before the new guys start picking up a bit. We have 4 guys and 3 trainees in an area we need 15+

Bright side. Just got me a raise today. So I bitch less for about a month lol. 75 cents is acceptable. Would have liked more. But that sure as hell beats 3% or what ever the minimum is here
