im pretty partial to wild turkey myself. it seems to be those of us that go for the rougher scotch, the islays etc that like bourbon aswell. those that go for the softer whiskeys tend not to as much. was a bar manager for many a year and thought about this before . the japanese are actually officially better at making scotch than us now. how fuckin depressin is that lol

I looooooooove Scotch, more so the Islay as they are the kinda smokey I enjoy!! Lagavulin is my favorite and I can't for the life of me remember but it's another very smokey one, Corryvrekan is the bottle is have of it now.. Mostly neat, but if I wanna drink it real slow, a little ice..


***Edit: it's Ardbeg, one of my other favorites.. I like Laphroig as well, but not as smokey..

aww mate where have you been all my life. my all time 3 favourites in order are lagavulin 16, ardbeg then laphroig!! what a guy!!
ive heard that cindy jack is pretty lethal. i really want to try their night queen. its so much prettier than my a/u and supposed to be an absolute knock out. not sure ill be able to pull away from the a/u though. if i can reach my target of a pound from this one wich im fairy sure i will, then im going for the kilo next time. just really want to say ive done it lol.
