Evertime i shake my calmag+ it goes everywhere no matter how tight the cap is. I check the cardboard gasket and yup! its in the top.

I use to basically make my own kindsoil.

here in the EU .. all labels are listed in order of percentage in product

so its peat + coco + perlite + nutrients
