Yeah been a chef for 33 yrs ......but havent worked since offshore .......cant go back to working for pennies ,to get the same as offshore id need to be exec chef 4 or 5 star .....and im done with it .....antisocial hrs ,egotists,stress,no life.......i now just keep my cooking to the house.......always fresh cooked grub and bakery products at mine
but its so clean im coming down.. But this track is a floor pounder!!!

yeah man you gotta have top nosh in the house like. for all the things i abuse my body with i do power it properly. love cooking. i know loads of chefs but theres no amount of money would get me to volunteer for that amount of stress. foh management wasnt much better to be fair but at least it pays slightly more and you dont smell quite as bad lol. no more working with people for me though, not got the patience for it now. be back to labouring in a couple weeks and cant wait. im really not cut out for this house husband malarky. its easier being at work!
