I had mine running full blast when I got them and the temp got up to 100 inside the tent but I did a little research and discovered that optimum lumens per M2 should be around 8000 . My cobs have a dimmer and I have a meter so I adjusted according and have optimum lumens and reduced the heat to 78 .

I've had a couple days over 100° in the tents.. the temps don't bother me as much as the humidity does

Anybody ever smoked vanilla ice? These looked so dainty a couple weeks ago, now they look so tasty...

Actually, optimum is 80,000 lumens... depending on strain
