Idk if I've Pavloved myself but it seems I wake up, get nasty belly cramps for about 45 minutes (not the entire time, they're fleeting) which make me feel like I'm gonna do the opposite of eat. So I smoke, my stomach calms down and a cracker diet / or a small Orange until around lunchtime. And its not fun because I'm typically hungry, but am built like a grape vine. /End unsolicited Diatribe/
