@A-Train , outside of you being typical you, you damn well know that it is not the many great prizes that I may miss out on by trying to keep my alerts notifications open to the things I subscribe to, it's rather being able to keep track of the many people I have helped and need to keep track of for follow up. I believe most members could not miss the big banner on top the every page that rotates through various notifications and announcements. How many damn places do you want all your shit listed? It is quite obvious through the years that you don't care much for me and you show it with every opporunity you get. That is OK, because the feelings are mutual, I just let shit ride most of the time, where you can not. You just keep on with your normal super competitive and aggressive ways, I'll just kick back in the infirmary and actually help people. Narcissism is not a attractive trait. Google it.

I've isolated the problem to the door latch now the only question is does the landlady want to spring for a new latch $ 75.00 and I
ll install it or like Pop22 sayed kick the sob to the curb and buy new .

yessir, buying new is always good but if you can get a few more zero problems from it for 75 verses a few hundred or better. thats always the rub bro LOL! my dad is still capable of that sort of stuff.I am not. so its a choise do the work n lil cash for hopefully less issues or going for the win with the new unit for several years of no BS lol hopefully. good luck man :D

Man, over did it last night and this morning I punished myself for my indiscretion by rolling my first joint (a pin'r) and smoked a third of it. That's the first time I have rolled and smoked a joint in 20 years. Big pipe and bong and vape and ...

I like it. And it slapped me upside the head and I don't even know what I did to offend.

Kill it, kill it with fire. Basketball should be back on in a couple of hours so I will take this newfound motivation and go get some chores done before I wreck the remainder of the day. Gonna get into the homemade re-c's again.

Zippy the pin head, Where in the world did you go? You crazy old jarhead you...

When I was married we had a household fund we put money into every time we DIY'd something rather than call for service or replace. That money was what we used to burn on vacations with the kids, trips to special events. It kind of makes it special when I know what the hard work is going towards. Watching your kids walk down the beach is something when you are an inlander.
