. Dogs. This subsection applies to nuisance dogs.
A. A game warden may kill a dog outside the enclosure or immediate care of its owner or keeper when
the game warden finds that dog:
(1) Chasing, killing, wounding or pursuing a moose or deer at any time;
(2) Chasing, killing, wounding or pursuing any other wild animal in closed season; or
(3) Worrying, wounding or killing a domestic animal, livestock or poultry. [2

Is this State rules or other ?? I do mean the rules as specfied by law not your kicking her in the ass I understand that part I would have to .

It's a state law.. I don't abuse my animals but short of chaining her up in the house a kick in the ass may be a good learning tool

Interesting . I don't know if we have a similar law in our province or not ???? I'm a city boy don't get out with the rednecks anymore .
