I cant say what i dont know for fact, the doctors compared vaping an ecig with nicotine as not nuch better that a cigarette,, if vaping with no nicotine things change( for the better),the "vapor" is not combusted to smoke, making it a better option, i guess tins and edibles would be the best/safest method..

I am making my first vape juice when I harvest my Amnesia. I know for a fact it is healthier than smoking anything. If we want to quantify that, my educated opinion is 1 vape hit to a whole ciggarette ratio. I can think of two problems with vaping, temperature, and expansion in the lungs.

I'm mid 40's, started smoking in the early 80's and those were the coveted names we could never get ahold of! Those days were all about seedy bricks of Mexiacali crap that tasted like fabric softener!

I don't personally see the point of them. I'm not a tobacco smoker at all....but when I was in the military this Senior Chief I knew smoked cigars religiously, and gave me one...said you don't inhale it.

I think I just got project approval for my Hugelkultur experiment. That is good news. Soil tests and partail material reimbursement is a big deal. Now I just have to write up the experiment. This is a BIG deal.!!!
