I like the plaintains more yellow with than green , but whatever you prefer.. , I dunno how to cook the yams , I know how to cook a sweet potato tho lol

This is the first time I have cooked plantain. I liked it very much.
And that mangú, I make as soon as the plantains ripen. I get them very green from the shop. Those for today I purchased more than a week ago.
