Life is a terminal disease. Living is an art form. Attitude is the paint on the canvas, I choose to paint in technicolor.

If life was meant to be easy, it would have come with better instructions.

Maybe religion will have your answers, question them and see if you can find your answers.

im Off too bed, my sweet heart and brain too rest. Ain’t got no worry, if I’ve offended you @Banjacked take this as an apology.

I'm not offended in the slightest, but when I see misinformation I like it corrected ASAP as, well, we all know that a lie can be half way round the world before the truth has it's boots on and when such "misinformation" becomes the norm we lose all track of the actual reality in the world, followed by forgetting the mistakes made in the past as these mistakes get lost in the clutter and noise.

And when we forget these mistakes, we are guaranteed to make them again, leading to the regression of humanity instead of improvement.

No need to mourn, but at least you have the ability to prepare yourself for the inevitable, it's the only good thing about that rat bastard disease.

As I know only too well, when I compare the shock of losing a loved one to a massive heart failure to losing another to cancer.
Yep. I was a mess for a few days after we found out it was back. Like, "drink a 5th of Jameson and knock my heavy bag down with kicks, and ground and pound it until there was no skin left on my elbows or forearms" mess. (Sounds weird, But I know no other way to deal with that type of "stress").

...religion has single handedly been the deadliest plague to hit mankind...
I'm not certain I should complete that thought, So I'll abbreviate it, and make it sound like it came from a mid-90s Bad Religion album...
"Religion, Politics...all ills of modern man that can't see that none is needed for a perfectly harmonious existence."

Doesn't sound weird at all, you would have been frustrated, angry, upset, etc, and sometimes physically beating the shit out of something whilst swearing loudly and profusely is a better way to release stress than any form of counselling, therapy or pharmaceuticals.

I have to admit that not being able to knock seven shades out of something with a hammer any more has had an impact (no pun intended) on how I handle stress as you can take so much out of you with some mindless violence against an inanimate object.

Can we have a very small change to that, for there has to be a distinction between "religion" and "organised religion".

After all, there are many people in the world who at least vaguely follow some form of faith or religion and do manage to show the respect, etc, to their fellow man with no issues whatsoever, but it's when you get the wrong people imposing their version that the trouble starts, and it's usually when they decide that their acts are done in the name of <insert religion here as none of them are free from shame> as a means to control others that things go sideways.
