What is the wattage? Might be good for veg and seedlings.

40w draw but when i measured the ones i have that are 5000k they were around 42w. I have 2 5000k for veg. I had them about 2 ft from top canopy and i have major razor edged leaves now. It's super bright. So hoping 6 should flower heavy and i can junk these useless 110v cobs
