Yes!! For now!! Bylaws are already being implemented though to stop street smoking..be interesting to see which places let street toking slide!!
Sounds like Holland. We know smoking in public is illegal, but Amsterdam tends to let it slide provided you're behaving yourself, at least in the touristy centre. Places such as Den Haag, Eindhoven, and so on, are somewhat less tolerant, and Den Haag has had enough and is seriously clamping down on such things.
But it looks like Canada has turned into the typical end result whenever Clockwork Parrot People decide they know how to do things, an absolute clusterfuck which will only up the black market demand
