I dry my buds in paper bags

im ocd with some things....first time i lay hands on a bud is when i put it in a grinder.flat sided buds not for me no thanks

Yeah! For drying! I have whole plant hang dried once before but it takes a good while longer than I prefer to wait this time around. I also have nothing to compare it to so I figured I'd give it a go. I have seen that the folks in the Brown bag thread have had a good amount of success with the exception of a few. My question is, what's the general consensus on trimming? Does it considerably up the chances of mold if I leave the sugar leaf on? I like to cure first, trim later if that makes any sense? Is it doable?

I don't blame you. I'm the same way. I would rather not disturb my trichs but you don't know you like something until you try it and I'd hate to miss out on a technique that could potentially work better for my situation.

That's fair. I'm not opposed to trimming beforehand...I do have some bubble bags I've been dying to break in...

Yes and i thank you for the heads up!! I have been begging dptony for the desfran and the strawberry cough to be made into autos, so when you pointed it out to me i was ecstatic!!

Garden of green seeds has a strawberry cough auto. That being said i havent grown it. Just remember coming across it in on my to do strain list.

Brown bags work great. I have had great success with them.

I alao use brown bags and wet trim. I love it !! I just put them on an old shoe rack to elevate off the ground and throw a fan on. Ready in 5ish days. Some in 3 some in 7.
