I think that will be tomorrow. Just to see if it can actually proof up well.

I am still impressed with how well the bread turned out with the bread flour culture. If I get similar results with the rye culture, I will be investing in caraway seeds and more rye flour. :pass:

I hope it works out. I'd like to do one myself. I think I tried and failed at it at some point...I want to do scandinavian style rye tack
