That probably would work...as long as the clotted cream was heated using an indirect method..

It's how I infuse cream with ground, roasted nuts for desserts. Usually works.
Never tried with weed, though.

It would work. The general rule is that you can infuse canna into any fat or sugar. Some methods are better than others, depending what you are trying to infuse....but it sounds like you know what you're doing.

Also...I like using keif in all of my recipes lately because it is super easy to measure it out....just have an idea of your dosing, and find out which measuring spoon fits best.
