I'm home with my toddler and preschooler today or I'd be having gorilla glue#4 for breakfast. These two get into EVERYTHING, So I gotta be fully alert until 4:30 this afternoon.

Haha. GG4 is supposedly a 50/50 mix... It's a pretty clear headed, Functional stone, But with my two monkeys...I mean kids... You have to be at the top of your game.
...this is coming from a guy with spinal problems that can't stand up straight when he's walking half the time without being in pain.
Thankfully, I was vocalist for a couple hardcore and deathcore bands, and can project my "mean dad voice" very well haha.

...I lost my faith in humanity decades ago. Just live for yourself, and what makes you happy. Remember, When you're at rock bottom, the only way you can go is UP.

I've lived through some shit, So the words of advice I offer are what worked for me.
