Question for all you canna chefs and THC chemists out there....
Looking for a recipe to use a red velvet cake mix I've got but bake it in a bundt pan. First couple I've found use sour cream for a large chunk of the fat and moisture content instead of butter or oil. So my question is do you think that sour cream would infuse similar to butter or oil if you were to say chuck some in a Magical Butter Machine for a little while along with some decarbed flower?
My thinking is that with even the lower temps used in the infusion process that it might somehow cook the sour cream and make it somehow not right for baking. Or that the THC wouldn't infuse into it the way it does into oil or butter. But curious what others thoughts are.
