Have you heard of the Baine Marie method?

It's basically a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Toss buds occasionally until dry

Just need to ensure the steam or condensation doesn't get to the buds. I find it the best quick dry method

Not tried that but know how to now - next plant I'll give it a go!

I've had those.. Then the other day (when I was getting the chest x-ray last week-ish) they measured my blood pressure. No joke, this was the reading...

201/104... Yeah, quite the wake up call.. Headaches are something caused by hypertension.. For me, it has been a slight distortion to balance... At least now I know what it is..

Yeah that's hypertension LOL. It makes mine look pretty tame. I used to get hypertension headaches but they stopped happening after I got really wise to it. I just get palpitations and anxiety now

Not the best day i have even had(brutal migrane). But its let up now and i feel like a new day is coming!! I need to have a good day tomorrow...its me birfday!

How tech savvy are you? Pretty sure there are a few sdr dongles that'll pick up all that. Not sure if it's hak5 that makes them, Hacker's warehouse or what... But they are useful.

Not saavy enough to put my own network in play and the feed locally is intermittent. Down more than up. Back in the day, it was an important tool that saved me grief more than once. Today life is much less risky. Retirement will do that.
