Goodness...went through an absolutely brutal headache today, that hit crazy hard and was persistent for 8 hours...rough day indeed!! Now its simmered down and its only minor waves of pain every 5-7 minutes. Kind of freaked me out, because its in a really weird place(get headaches all the time, but never one in this location with such intensity)

I feel like I am one with the universe at the moment... That and I saw the alert..... Yeah, it was probably that.

Headaches/Migraines aren't fun at all sometimes I'm down for the day. Glad it is somewhat subsiding for you @912GreenSkell

Thanks bud....yeah they can be crippling when they come on that hard. Today was one of those days....I at least got 4 hours on fencing done on the garden(starting to get somewhere, almost ready for prep!!) before it beat the piss out of me.

I've had those.. Then the other day (when I was getting the chest x-ray last week-ish) they measured my blood pressure. No joke, this was the reading...

201/104... Yeah, quite the wake up call.. Headaches are something caused by hypertension.. For me, it has been a slight distortion to balance... At least now I know what it is..

I get them often caused by my upper neck injury...my injury is in the area which is the control center to the brain (c5/c6, c6/c7). In the early years of my injury, i had brutal migranes 5 days of every 7, for over 10 years...it was a horrible way to live. Now i dont deal with them nearly as often as i used to(thank the gods for that one!!)
