Question - has anyone tried adding light throughout the day?

For example in veg having a second light coming on for 4-6 hours? Or last 4 hours in flower?

IDK I'm high

I've not heard of any benefit, but also no negatives. Aside from higher electric bills, it probably won't hurt.

My bad, I thought you meant adding more time for lights on.

I just meant as in an additional light on for a set amount of time.

It sounds plausible in my little head, maybe down the line when i get more experience and have a bigger tent i can try it.
