I dabble, really. :p
Back in the day I spent a couple of years turning some local outdoor sativa dominant strains into indoor plants.
Not yet IBL, but definitely starting to shape up better for indoors.
Then crossed those with some Sensi Northern Lights, which was all the new thing in the early 90s.
Had some amazing F1 crosses with those.
Long run on sativa shape, but some heavy weight and crystal, and flavors from mango through to over ripe guava.
Gave away hundreds of seeds, and had friends grow them out.
Had some some phenos which outdoors produced fist sized thick nuggets.

Now I'm back into the game. And caught the auto bug.
But now everything's feminized, so trying to find some reg autos to play with....

Ain't we all ,, I got some regs from bear hill seeds ,,,,

Hey @Maria Sanchez Tell me about your experience with Mandala Seeds ?? what kind of success with germinating their seed etc ??

Hey there @9bear !

The details are in the journal: http://www.autoflower.org/threads/6-x-mandala-safari-mix-photo-reg.58381/

I got 6 freebies through Seed City.
They give away 3 X REG Safaris or usually 1 X Fem of other strains.
So rather than 2 fem seeds, went with 6 regs.
Dropped them all, 5/6 popped. Or maybe i
Grew them indoors and on balcony for ... 14 days I think.
In small pots.
Then planted them outside into local soil with some second hand soil and stuff added.
Lost a couple of them when my guerilla site got partially mowed...
Then three left, 2 girls, 1 boy.
Season weather was atrocious.... heavy fog, rain, mist, cloud, humidity 80-90% no joke.
I lived up on the mountainside, altitude about 600m up, sub-tropical, spring rains....
Still, got a couple of nice buds off them.
Oh, and because I'm subtropical, max light hours is 13.5/11.5,
so photos grow like autos once outside.

Check out the journal for all the details, please!

I dropped this seed on the 28th of April..let soak..she sank...you know the routine..However, after placing her in a paper towel and heat mat...she never broke the shell, I figured I would give her a couple days...they past. So I thought..dud bean. I took a scalpel blade and pried open the seed. Figuring I would find mush. But, to my surprise..she was solid, last night the membrane was intact..checked her this morning...and she's actually growing..membrane has split....

I've noticed some of the seeds shells are hard even after soaking. I've slightly squeezed at the seam to start having the shell crack and then place in towel. After that they had no issue showing tap root.
