Not for a living but we grow many varieties of fruits and veggies and meat, to mostly cut out grocery costs

Your future generations will benefit.... forget cutting costs millionaires will die for the produce ypur consuming, supermarkets is a place we’re ypu find commercial gmo garbage lol

With the solo cups, I cut almost 1/4 of the bottom off then fill my pots..I'll then dig out about fist deep an area of soil in the middle then replace that with seedling mix..Once that is done, I'll take the cut solo and push it down into the seedling mix and the remaining space in the cup will be filled with seedling mix..This way, it gives the seedlings time to gently establish themselves in a healthy living seedling mix with a decent root system before hitting the nutrient rich composted soil below..By the time they do dig down into the soil below, say 15 days, they are ready for the buffet and all needs are met..Macros,micros,minerals are all there for the plant to take when it chooses.

The barley mulch is for moisture retention,to keep the microbes within the top layers of soil alive and actively thriving in a damp sponge like environment..I use it as a barrier to temperature, fans etc that would dry out the soil too quickly..It has the tendency to sprout as well so when it gets too tall, I chopped it,and tuck it underneath the mulch to be broken down and returned to the soil..Sometimes I let my top layers dry out a little more than I would like, but then I use a mild surfactant and teas to bring the life back up to speed as well as penetrating a hydrophobic condition via castile soap.

I’ve had problems with seedlings,,, the starting is the most crucial and the most sensitive part. Know I’m going too place a bunch off seedling mix in the middle of my 15 lire coco pots... seedling will just get water for the first 12 days and then slowly introduce 100 ppm coco nutrient.

Transplanting with autos is a very crucial part... I’ve stunted all my seeds... lessons learned.

Yeah, autos just don't like transplanting much. They get grumpy lol!

Hey anyone mess with the new Dutch Passion Charlotte's Angel CBD Auto? I searched but couldn't spot anyone runnin the new auto version. Thinking about putting it in the next rotation! :)

This may sound like a silly question... But what can I say, I do silly things sometimes..

I am looking to replace the meager grinder... I need to be able to grind reasonably good sized portions for making tinctures/extracts. I'd rather not use something like a coffee grinder, but if that winds up being the best option, I am sure someone here can steer me the right way.

Tincture is probably going to be the more likely product than wax/oil type extracts, if that helps.

I am probably overthinking this.

If you are grinding large amounts the electric coffee grinder is the best option.
