Can someone give me some advice for flushing in Coco

...you don't need to.
I flushed one of my plants, and fed the other regularly up until chop, and trust me when I say this next line...
There is no difference in taste, or buzz between the two.

I never flushed a plant I only grew in organic soil but this goes against everything I read and heard. Can someone second this.

Is it @Rev. Green Genes that's the actual horticulturist or botanist? It's one of those guys... Maybe @pop22 is the one I'm thinking of that made the post about it, and it piqued my interest... So I tested it on two gorilla glue4s.
There was no difference in anything between the two, Asides from one being leafier than the other. Both have the same taste, smell and buzz.
Flush vs. No Flush = something folks will argue about for ages lmao

....wow.
Looks like it could be a couple different things
What's your feed ppm and ph?
.*
I don’t test ppm I just start at 1/4 strength and work up to 1tsp of nutes per gallon minus 1 for safety and I just add to a 8 gallon res. my ph is always between 6 and 6.4 but I use liquid testers so ‍♂️ My last watering was supposed to be no nute but I added 2 tsp of 0-4-0 assuming it was phos but no improvements its Safe to assume it’s mg because whenever I add calmg+ it gets better that + is the problem though I got a little happy with nitrogen early on and since then anytime I use anything with nitrogen my bottoms start burning so I’ve been almost afraid to use any sorry for the long read but thanks for the help

All flushing does, for lack of better terms, Is basically just makes the plant consume what it needs from it's self to survive after you cut off the nutes.
Same thing as when it first sprouts and sucks up everything it needs from it's cotylions.

Can't decide what I want to grow for this for this 2liter challenge. Plenty of options for sure. But another note I wake this morning and head to my fishing and tackle barn and what do I find, well I found some tweakers had broke in to it destroyed lots of stuff, they took thousands of dollars worth of rods and reels from my prized possession rod racks, took my mini torch tanks, along with many other items to list, dumped out all of my paints and spray painted crap on just about everything they could. Along with all this they stole my daughter and I's four wheelers that we were getting ready to take for a ride to go find some mushrooms. I can't stand thieves why can't everyone smoke some herb and get along. Sorry had kinda vent because I had couple reels set on the counter Thursday evening that I wanted to send to a member on here as a gift from one fisherman to another and they are gone. They stole they dumbie trail cam but didn't realize the other 3 where there taking pics of them the whole time.

In my experience - plain watering for the last 10 days (no nutes or PH down), will leave a better final product taste.

In my early days of growing and flushing (or cleansing - the final 10 days of just water) coco, i'd convinced myself that the water needed to be 5.8ph for the plant to finish up. This is not the case.

The nitric (or phosphoric) acid that i was using left a not so nice "metalic" kind of taste with my smoke - and quite often, different strains would taste the same. (not great)

Just my 2 cents :D
Hope it helps.
