My wife does hot curing of dills...she made 14 jars today from our cucumbers...think we are at 21 total with more coming!! Yeah we raise miniature cattle and harvest 2 a season for us and another couple. we also harvest 12 turkeys, 2 pigs and 120 chickens each year.

Wow nothing like good chicken the chicken i use in the restaurants is a air chilled chicken from Quebec . Wonderful bird! Giononne farm.

I buy free range chicken.. Its really good. Memphis has the best chicken I have ever eaten..

@chefdave We also just started getting into raising a few muscovy ducks...reading amazing things about the meat on those, so pretty excited to give them a taste!

They are amazing much smaller and sweet compared to moulard. Very popular duck in California
