Then after 3 days I shake and put Hygrometer in bag when it hits below 70% then I go to jar and so far no mold no hay smell just nice Bud!!

Hello all, I'm just doing a quick drive by checking few threads. We got a big monsoon storm that is hitting us and we weren't suppose to have anything till next week. Lighting hit right by the house and knocked stuff off the walls so I had to go check outside to make sure nothing was on fire or hole into the house where couldn't see.

Heck ✌ yah! Love zucchini fries. Did you cold cure or hot cure dill pickles? Man didnt know you had cattle. So cool!

My wife does hot curing of dills...she made 14 jars today from our cucumbers...think we are at 21 total with more coming!! Yeah we raise miniature cattle and harvest 2 a season for us and another couple. we also harvest 12 turkeys, 2 pigs and 120 chickens each year.
