Temp won't be a problem, it's the humidity, are they in drying stage or are they flowering plants you want too concieve.
I think they meant temporary, not temperature, and rice will reduce humidity.

And you were told to define, for even a Budmaster HC4 will outdo a traditional HPS at in excess of 1 µmol/w (264µmol at 200w TOTAL power draw including cooling, etc).

Or are you going to say that the world is wrong and that LED is less efficient than HID or incandescent?

Better still, read this for a PERFECT comparison of 400w HPS vs 400w of LED. I'll sum it up for you, 400w HPS = 618µmol/m² or 1.545µmol/w. 400w LED = 811 µmol/m² or 2.0275 µmol/w. That means the same 400w produces a 131% improvement in µmoles/w when looking at LED vs HPS.

You said the hc4 will outdo a traditional hps, 264µmol at 200w, so two of these would be 528 at 400w.
The link you posted says that traditional hps gives 618µmol at 400w.
This shows that on this comparison the hps outperforms the led!
BUT!!!! This is only the comparison of two lights! Different lights use different parts and give different results.
So unless you are talking about the difference between two specific lights there realy is no point trying to say which one is better in the general sense!
Then you have the other big debate between the two, canopy light penetration! But im defo not getting into that, not enough evidence and two many people with their own opinions rhat denounce anothers just because its not the same as theirs... ✌
