Has anyone noticed that Amazon deleted/removed almost ALL the rosin press/plate making equipment from both .ca and .com about a week or two ago? I had some diy plates in my cart that dissappeared recently... if you google search 'amazon rosin press' you'll end up with a lot of broken links!

The joys of the kneejerk reactions to anything that MIGHT me marijuana related as companies try to cover their own asses for daring to sell something that has perfectly, non-marijuana related, legal uses.

A good reason to ensure you don't feed their profits with your hard earned.

Meanwhile, the delicacy bought yesterday which will be nicely chilled and settled for later. A weak, for here, 7.5% ABV but a very refreshing taste

I read an article online a couple days ago but I can't remember where.........stoner amnesia........upshot was there is going to be an increasing federal pressure
on marijuana.........sales in legal areas are going to pressured and sales of related components are to be targeted, too. Another thing, with the advent of legal weed in Canada in October, Canadians attempting to cross into the US are going to be searched and questioned regarding their employment in cannabis growing and related industries. Also, they will at times, be asked if they smoke pot......lying to a border official is apparently a serious offense. This will, according to this report, really impact Canadians who regularly cross the border for work, shopping, or medical care. Why am I not surprised??

Not as much as it will impact several businesses and cities on the US side of the border as the Canadians decide it's not worth the hassle, leading to problems as getting the employees and sales will be much harder.

A typical case of shooting yourself in both feet and your genitalia with one shot whilst the trafficking across the border increases due to more time wasted asking innocent people stupid questions.

Y'all reap what you sow.

Some of this isn't much of a surprise. We wanted it to be legal, well we got it... And all the regulations that will come along with it.

I hope it's worth it. Sometimes, it's better to be unregulated.

Nothing wrong with SENSIBLE regulations, but since we're talking politicians here then we know "sensible" is not part of their vocabulary

True that! The impact on our friends north of the border could be heavy, though. Not to mention the potential for economic conflict with one of our major trading partners.

The impact on the southern side could be harder. Take Detroit, as an example. Do you think most of the unemployed have either the will or ability to do the jobs Canadians will be doing?

And it will work both ways, with more restrictions on US persons going the other way, creating more unnecessary unemployment because the idiots in Washington are unable to think about the consequences of their kneejerk reactions.

I was being serious bro I think there is something wrong to along the same lines maybe a catstophic failure causing bodily harm. Some should get ahold of one of the companies and see what is going on.

It's not "Health and Safety" or Amazon UK would not be selling them, this is purely a Federal Government diktat aimed at anything which MIGHT be used in the production of marijuana products
